First, congratulations!!!!!!
Now, you have a enclosure set up for the babies - right? Some folks use screened cages - we found it makes more sense to use 60qt-128qt plastic tubs. We put lots of viney plants in there with lots of willow twigs for highways. We keep everything under 12" tall for the first month or so.
With veiled, we find that they will eat hydei FF at about 24 hrs old. With panthers, sometimes not until the second day - and with jacksons and flapnecks - within hours! You can get pinhead crickets - but we wait for a bit before giving those (up to a week on some hatchlings). With the jacksons - we have seen them eat crickets at 1 hour old.
Keep fruit in the enclosure to attract the flies. We use orange slices or grapes on thin wood skewers - stuck into the plants. We lay banana peel on the paper towels. You can also use fruit baby food in milk bottle lids. This makes "feeding stations" for the hatchlings.
Good luck with your new kids...

We usually wait a day or so...to let them settle in after we move them to a new enclosure. We've had great luck we puting a bunch of pinhead in a shot glass and holding it near the chameleons snout. Almost always they take right from it. After doing this for a few weeks they catch on quick and they soon eat right from the plastic cups we fasten to the side of the enclosures...mist them regularly and it should be all fun from there.
Good luck!
