Not eating can mean a lot of things, but I've noticed my male tends to fast for a few weeks (3-4) once or twice a year. He usually comes out of it really aggressive and looking for some girls. It may just be that your male is undergoing his "brumation". If that's the case, then he'll snap out of it eventually. Keep water in there at all times and, if your dragon takes dry food, you may want to leave a little in there to see when he comes out of it.

Although I don't hear of it as much in adults, impaction could cause him to stop eating. You might be able to feel an impaction if you !!!gently!!! push on the belly. If you suspect he might be impacted, getting him to a vet quickly is a good idea. Just remember again that males normally fast for short periods of time.

Good luck!

because eventually you're gonna have hundreds of dragons on your hands.

With all due respect, I only say this because not recognizing brumation indicates to me you haven't done enough research to be able to responsibly breed.

Please forgive me if I'm wrong on your knowledge. Just out of curiosity how old are your beardies?
