Does anyone have any ideas of what it could be or how to medicate it? She is being treated w/ Albon for parasites and most of her parasites are gone. I'm not sure if the two are connected. Thanks! Jo

Albon not only kills off some bad things, in bearded dragons it also kills off other needed gut bacteria. If the dragon is not kept well hydrated during treatment and probotics used to replace the good bacteria that is being killed off you can have several other problems set in. Main of them is yeast infections and those can affect the eyes and cause a infection.
This seems to affect bearded dragons more than most other reptiles, but we do not know why. It is thought to be some bacteria that is natural in their system that keeps the yeast in balance is killed off by the albon, allowing the yeast to florish and advance onto a fungal stage, the fungus then affects other organs including skin/scales and eyes.
If left untreated it can be fatal in them, simply adding probotics to their diets can avoid it.

This may not be what yours has, but its a good possibility and only a knowledgable vet could say for sure
