how do you brumate like i have the feeling that,thats what my beardie wants to do but what do i have to do just let him stay at the bottom of the cage and hang out until he wants to be normal again or do i have to like turn off all the lights and stuff?

i always let them discide what to to.
if they wanan go in brumation then i do nothing much diferent like i always do except i not have to feed them.
i put light houre abit back 8-10 houres and also the light intesity i put abit back ,but they have stil one baskinglight for heat.
i also have a cave so they can digged them zelf in and sleep there.
most of time after 2,3 month they come out that round janurie in my case becuase here they go into brumation very fast in seison.
