Dang Jason, Really sorry buddy ! I know what an awful lousey feeling it is, when I just lost my 6 eggs a few weeks back. To open them and see that they were all perfectly formed, and then died at the end, really left me feeling badly.
I think in your case, as far as all your recent loses, it is the collareds that are available for sale, where you are.
They seem very unhealthy, extremely thin, almost emachiated, atleast a few that you had bought and showed us. Pretty colors but in poor health.
It is very difficult even for the most experienced reptile keeper to work with an animal that is so weak and thin.
You need to find a GOOD breeder there, and get healthy well nurished collareds. I feel you would have a better outcome. And find keeping them much more of an enjoyment, than a (SAD ORDEAL)
You have had a couple that look good, and they are fine. Your Leo looks great, your monitor looks fine. So fatten up the ones ya have and keep at it.
As for me, I have to realize, everybody at one time or another has had eggs that don't make it.
I can happily say I got to watch a couple of my own hatch this summer and it was something I will always remember, with such excitement.
So buddy gotta run, we're getting pounded with snow here, and have to shovel before the next storm starts in a few hrs. LOL
Cheer up, gee now that I know you, and like you,
your gonna leave, no way dude don't ya dare, I'll even let ya call me a flirt again. hehehhehheeh,
GET THOSE COLLAREDS FAT & SASSY & ready for SPRING !!!! Later,
Eve
