Well, I don't mean to sound mean, but it seems as though you have not done any research about leopard geckos. Now, I may not have understood you correctly. But I suggest that you should do some research first. You seem to want to buy some leos and have everyone else tell you EXACTLY what you need. I think buying "The Leopard Gecko Manual" by Philippe De Vosjoli as a good start. I'm sorry if this came out wrong, but I just get frustrated when people don't do research before buying a pet. I did research for a good 2 months before getting mine, and it paid off. Good luck.

0.1.0 Leopard Gecko "Lego"
1.heating-any house hold bulb will work, depending where the gecko is located 40-100watt bulbs will work fine.Make sure you get a under tank heater that will fit the size tank you have, anything by zoo med and cobra are good.
2.hiding-You will need atleast 3 hides One on each end so they dont have to choose heat over privacy. And also a humid hide near the hot end.
3.substrate-I and many others use plain paper towels, some use slate slabs and others use repti-carpet,all work good but have to remeber what is easier for you to clean, paper towels is as easy as throwing away and replacing with new, slate looks nice but requires daily cleaning and once a month scrubbing, carpet needs daily cleaning and weekly scrubbing as bacteria creates quickly under it.
4.Using sand of any type either it be playsand or the calcium sand its not a good idea,It causes impaction and can and will kill a leo if left on it long enough
5.make sure you use a sreen top for proper air flow other than that the list is complete.
good luck

Just to clarify something that may be ambiguous:
The Under the tank heater (UTH) should be about 1/3 of the size of the tank and should be positioned at one end (the warm end). So by 'a under tank heater that will fit the size tank you have', what is meant is one that's approximately 1/4 to 1/3 the size of the tank.

Hey, i agree that you should research more, but heres a brief list of supplies for keeping leos.
- Tank obviously
- Tank lid
- incandescent fixture w/ heat bulb
- UTH (1/3 of floor space as mentioned)
- substrate (paper towel, slate, repti carpet preffered)
- Dry hide (you can make one)
- Humid hide (you can make one)
- Calcium and vitamin supplement
- Food (Mealworms, crickets)
- Food for food (Commercial crikcet food, carrots, greens, etc)
- Place to keep the food (Tubaware, container, etc)
- Water dish
..plus its nice to give decorations or decor for the leo to climb on, etc.
Good luck,
M.N
when i said a UTH that fits the tank i figured he/she would look at the package and think "well this say's fits 20G tanks"
but you never know!
