My gophersnake not growing?

I have a female soneran gopher and she was 1 year old when i bought her for 45$ at a reptile show she was 3ft. I have had her for a year so far and she has regular feedings of a mouse every 7-10 days she grew a foot so far but i heard that she should be full grown by now or is this just the case in super double feeding breeder programs
