substrates for cribos

i read the post below regarding the natural substrate for indigos and was wondering if anyoen has kept their cribos on a natural type bedding, woudl the same mixture used for indigos work? if anyones doen this i would liek to know what the sub. consisted of and how well it worked.. thanks guys
