Hello
i have a green anaconda that is about 5-7 months old. eat eats fine. the tank its in is half water half land. she spends equal time in each. when i went to change her water today i saw that there are theses whites things on her face. one under her eye and the other between hereye and her nose. i dont know what they are and i would love any help on this .

` When you say 1/2 water, and 1/2 land, do you mean the land is built up out of the water? If you're keeping your Anaconda that way, you're going to have lots of disease, long term. A separate water container that you can remove, and sterilize, is the only way to do it, if you're going to have a soaking area. Substrate must be absolutely dry, and replaced several times a week, more often after feeding. That is why newspaper is so practical. Water under the substrate is a bacterium's paradise. Landscaped or decorated habitats, are bad enough for terrestrial snakes. For semi-aquatic critters, they're big trouble. Good Luck!
