But he appears to be a normal phase with at least some GG in him. Looking at his head, nose and arm shape, along with the stocky fingers (can only see the one hand)he appears to have some GG traits

He looks like a cute little normal. I agree though that he seems to have traits of german giant too him though. The big bulky arms and generally slightly more stout appearance.
