I agree for right now the eyes will be your biggest clue. I adopted a patternless female and a patternless albino male this year and they looked similar as hatchlings. The patternless albino (Rainwater) was a little lighter, and his eyes were definitely different. As they grew they became much easier to tell apart. The patternless albino is stunning. Real gorgeous shade of yellow with a bright white tail. The patternless female is darker yellow with some gray in her tail. I have hatchling pics of both but my scanner is broke so I can't get them online. Here are some digital pics of them at a few months old, pretty easy to tell them apart...
This is the patterless rainwater male... (Simba)

This is the patternless female (Nala) you can see how much darker her eyes are...

patternless albino again, lemon yellow with pure white tail...

patternless again, not as bright, tail has gray... of course there might be some really great patternless leos out there that look more like my patternless albino, these are just the only comparison pics I can offer you out of my collection. Nala is actually het for rainwater.

Post some pics of your little baby if you can. Especially if you can get a closeup of his/her eyes. Some of the breeders here could probably be able to tell whether it's patternless or patternless albino.
