I know when I got a few of my dragons the first week or so they would blink, and close their eyes more then normal when I was watching them. I just made sure they were hydrated well, and gave them time to settle in to the new place. I think a lot of the time it is stress as this is what seemed to be the problem when I experienced this. Mine would do this more when I was watching him or holding him then when I would watch him without him knowing. To ease stress a bit I cover up the view out of the enclosure with paper so the dragon feels more secure in the new place. This gives him a chance to get used to his enclosure without him worrying about the other things happening around them. Make sure he does get water though by lightly spraying his head and snout with a spray bottle or just drip a bit on his snout with a dropper or your finger. Dehydrated dragons also look a bit lethargic with the eyes closing at times.
