How the *#$! did she do it???

Last night when I got home, I went to take my ball python out of her cage, only to find her GONE. Luckily, I found her within a few minutes, crawling on top of a box in my closet, in plain sight. My question is this: How the *#$! did she get out of her cage?? It's a critter cage, with a sliding lid, and there was a lock on it! I tried pulling it open and hardly could, so how did her little 4 month old body do it?? What a little brat! :-P

P.S...this has always been my biggest fear, but more so for my corn than for Lucy. Now I'm going to be REALLY paranoid! AHHHH!

Snakes are masters of escape! If there is any way she can squeeze her body between the top rim and the lid, that is how. Don't forget their little bodies are made up of muscle! I've been wrapped by burms and retics before and they are no joke! Now that she knows how to get out, if not corrected she will do it again anless its corrected!
