They have been out of brumation for about 3 weeks now, and i think the adult female mali is gravid. I thought she was gravid last week, and now this week she is getting more plump. So i am expecting her to lay eggs within 6 weeks. Other than that, the adults are acting normal, eating a lot, and are very active. The hatchlings are showing odd behavior. The dominant hatchling will do multiple push-ups or head bobs like a Bearded Dragon. But this is a 4 month old hatchling. He will do the push ups then chanse any hathclings near him. Since this is a larger cage the other hatchlings run away untouched. I know that there is agression between hatchlings, but there aren't any new scares, and they are all gaining weight faster so i am going to let them stay in the cage together with the adults.
Aslo, the hatchlings and adults are starting to dig under one of the basking spots. The adult male just dug a little cave like thing to sleep in and to go into during the day. The hatchlings dug little holes on the sides of the basking rock so they can bask, and when they get scared dart into their little hole which leads to the adults big hole, i think. Now the soil is definatly perfect, dry for 1-2 inches and then moist so they cand dig burrows.
