For a 10th month beardie, he should be eating mostly greens. A mix of collard greens, mustard greens, enchive, escarole, dandelion greens, turnup greens, beet greens and any other dark green greens...stay away from Kale and spinach, or at worse, feed very little and very infrequently. Other vegies include mixed frozen vegies (thawed of course), carrots, alalfa sprouts, beensprouts, peas, string beans, and zuccini. Fruits can include strawberries, grapes, banana(rarely), melons and other non citris fruits (ie oranges, lemons). You can also feed him dandelion flowers and hispiscus flowers, clovers (greens and flower) and that is all I can think of that I am sure about.

A mixture of greens and vegies, with the veggies serving as a 'garnish' for his salad, should be available all day. Crickets need only to be fed once or twice a day, about as much as he wants to eat in 10 minutes or so. At his age, he should have dusted crickets once every other day (dusted with repcal and a multivitamine). Once he is 12 months old and older, you can cut back on the crickets to 2-3 times a week.
