Cycling is the best way. Frogs should undergo a cool, dry period much like that of their native winters. Feeding should be very limited if feeding occurs at all but frogs should still have a bowl of fresh water. Though this event can be VERY stressful, it is probably the most reliable way to go about it. The frogs can then be warmed up after a month or more. They should be fed for a while and be placed in a rain chamber that is activated a few times each day to simulate the warm rains of spring and early summer. The frogs should then be placed together and theoretically you end up with tadpoles. I guess you could use the hormone LRH to induce breeding, but it is costly and limits the life of the frogs.
