Anole Sexing

I have an anole that is very small, but may already be sexually mature. I'm not sure if it is a female of male because the anole is very small. It has a white stripe on the back and i looked for the bulges that males have and there was none. Does this mean it is a female or that the bulges have not developed yet because it is very small. Will the white stripe disappear too?
