The embryonic development of bearded dragons

abstractcypher Dec 06, 2003 11:25 PM

hey everyone, I was wondering if anybody has a link to a site, the name of a book, or resource of any kind on how I could get this information. I've done the search engines, pet shops, websites, etc. I can't find anything. Any info on it is GREATLY appreciated...

What kind of information are you looking for? The embryonic development of vertebrates is very similar for most stages. Any embryology text will go into the cell lines and layers. What more specific info. on beardies do you need?

Are there any diffences, in any stages?

Essentially no. Not until the final developmental stages when they start to develop the physical characteristics we associate with bearded dragons. All of the early stages of all reptile development are the same.
