I have two Uroplatus Henkel geckos and am having trouble with one of them. I have had these two for nine months and haven't had a problem yet. All of the sudden she won't move her back legs. She has not lost any weight and is still eating and shedding. I dust her crickets with RepCal Calicum with no phosphorous or vitamin D3. When I purchased her the guy told me never to buy any supplements with D3 in it. The male, Lenny, is quite healthy. I have a misting system that sprays the tank throughout the day. I also has a 75 watt heating bulb on the top of the tank. Do I need a UVB and if so how do i know which one to get. On the cool side of the tank it is in the low 70s and the hot side it is about 77-83 degrees. She is still shedding without problems. There are no obivous physical signs of illness like wounds or something. She can still grip with her feet and wrap her tail around your finger. I am afraid it is a calicum deficiency but am not sure what to do about it.
