You do not want to feed baby beardies just molted mealworms until they are 3 months old or so. The skin of the mealworms is quite chitinous (spelling?) and the babies cannot digest that easily. You can offer regular mealworms to your adult dragons. I know people who have fed a diet consisting of about 30% mealworms, 5% crickets, and the rest salads with no problems. I don't reccomend that though.
