I heard the silkworms are great as a staple diet. Since they are good in a variety of things like protein, calcium, plus the are easy for the leos to digest.

hi,

i asked the same question 2 months ago, and i got so many responses telling me that they are actually the healthiest thing you can give your leo. so instead of the occassional treat, you can feed as many as your leo would like. the only thing is, because they're so healthy - some leos might not even like them. also, they turn into silk moths pretty fast, so you might want your leo to gobble them up before they start morphing take care!
