Ok as some of you may remember I posted about this snake awhile back wanting to know if red phase pines were southern or northern and I got alot of opinions and help and I thank you all! But I just want to check and get your opinion once again about this snake. Thanks for any and all help! Dave (This pic is of him outside

He could be just high red, or could grow into a red phase.

From red color and faded pattern I would say Southern. The neck pattern is typical of a Southern.

dave, my southern looks similar to yours [shading wise] except she's half patternless but in that same washed out strawberry color. she kinda looks like 2 different snakes hooked together. unfortunately i can't post pics......

I was talking with a guy about southern pines and he said he had some pines available and I forgot to ask which kind so I had to reassure myself that they were southerns. Thanks again! Also I picked out the most patterned one of them all, the rest were 1/3 patternless and the others totally patternless.
