Well This winter I lost my two most messed up rescues. I had been down to one iguana since christmas. Well the dane county humane society was getting a bit over-run and had more coming in so I took a few things off their hands. I did take two that I will be placing for adoption after quarentine time, but I am keeping one... Meet my new boy Sarsippius. He is about 5 or so feet STL. I havent done a SVL or weight yet. Someone needs severe nail trimmings. I look like i have been thru a war! I will also post pics of the little ones later one. They are sooooooo damn tiny should be no problem to place since people always want babies.

Both were really bad abuse cases...
One was feed iceberg lettuce and pot. He never did grow. At 7 years old he was 4 inchs SVL. He had the life of luxury here and we knew he would make it that long so we spolied the hell outta him.
Curly was a rescue that was really really messed up... He was found in the snow with severe MBD. He actually survived for 4 years after that, but fall 01 he started the early stages of kindey failure. Not knowing any of his history, we cant say what his diet was. His necrospy results were total renal failure.
