Im putting this up here because our other post is getting pretty far down now.
We also didnt know much about chameleons when we first brought sanchoz home, but like you we soon learned. I actually thought it was going to be harder to "keep" a chameleon than it is. Dont get me wrong they're not like geckos or other lizards but as long as you do what you gotta do, they're relativily easy to care for. And you can get things to make chameleon care less of a hassel, like auntomated misters and the sort.
We keep .. kept both cats indoors but the kitten always wanted to go out. And would run out any chance it got. It never went farther than our yard or our neighbours yard (to watch birds in the feeders)
