Yes you should wirry. Mucus hanging from the nose means something is wrong with me and i should see a herp vet immediately..

Is it mucousy (is that a word) or is it just a little white? Sometimes herps discharge salt from their nose. If it IS runny, stringy, etc. - well, I think it might be vet time for you...I am sure others will respond with questions for you

If this is a small amount of crusty white around the nostril it is probably salt. Some chams will get rid of excess salt by excreting it from the nostrils. It can be a sign they are slightly dehydrated and need to drink more or have more humid conditions in their cage. BUT, if there is so much it is blocking the nostril, if you can see runny mucous in the mouth, the cham is not as active, is sitting under the basking light for hours, is not eating or drinking you have a problem that will need a herp-savvy vet to diagnose.
