I use a mixture of ground up bran flakes, baby rice cereal, corn meal, oatmeal, and a teaspoon of calcium powder.
We do a mix of vegies (potato/carrot/lettuce), oatmeal, calcium powder, and fish food flakes. But they seem to really go for the fish food... ??

I use Fluker's cricket feed with a teaspoon of calcium as a mealie gutload. It's always worked fine for them.
I use oatmeal, baby rice cereal, (A variety of veggies) Apples, carrots, potatos, with a mixture of calcium.

If you can find 7, 8, or 10 grain cereal at the store, that will supply you with a great variety of grains. Grains are a great source of protein and calcium. Combine that with some veggies, and you're good to go (for a simple gutload).
