Fertilizer with chameleons.

cv768 Dec 08, 2003 12:10 AM

I've never attempted it but would it be safe to use a simple houseplant fertilizer on a chameleon's ficus...I know very little about plants...it's just the veiled's eat them up so fast it would be nice to give them a boost to get growing faster.

I use the fertilizer spikes that just I stick under the soil and so far my plants are doing very well. My cham never gets near the soil, but it's better to be safe.
