I placed a pretty big order with them about a month ago. Several different styles and sizes of lamps, bulbs, bowls...anyway, lots and lots of small, similar pieces that could have easily been screwed up. But everything was perfect. Best prices I could find also. And no, I'm in no way affiliated with them. I just like to praise great customer service when I get it...it's such a rare commodity these days.
I have only done business with them a couple of times but have no complaints at all. Received my orders promptly, everything was packaged very well and the orders were correct!! You can't get better than that!! Sharon
I use them for bulbs, beardie pelleted foods, and Cal/multivitamins.. I've had no more problems with them then any other company I used through the years. Whenever there was a problem it was fixed the same day, and taken care of properly with good service. I noticed their shipping is about 3-6 dollars cheaper then most of the big named places as well, which is a big savings in the long run. I use to hate buying a MVB from other places and getting hit with $13 charge on top of the $42 the other places charge for the same order for shipping. For Powersuns they offer the lowest price around and on top of the $4.75 saved in shipping them it's a great savings. I would give it a try. Only problems I've had came with shipping fragile items. They pack just as good as others, but with bulbs is bound to happen over time.

I get my rep-cal pellets from them (they sell them in 5lb bags). The only problem I've had was actually the shipping company's fault, but when I called them to see where my order was they ate the extra price and fed-exd my another order overnight to me. Not many company's that would do that. *****
I placed a couple orders with them, and was really happy until recently. I ordered some powersun mvb bulbs from them, but then decided not to use them. They say their return policy is for any reason in 14 days as long as it isn't opened. Well, it was within 14 days, and they weren't opened. I emailed them, and a week later had no reply. I emailed them again and said I would be willing to just take a store credit and finally got a response back. It was somewhat rude and basically all they said was I needed to send them back and they'd give me store credit. I emailed them back asking where to send it and if they had a preferred shipper or anything, and also asked how long it would take for my credit to be issued. Now it's been like 4 days and I haven't had a response again. I guess I'll just send them back and if I don't get the credit just dispute the charge on my card.
Other then this experience though, I was very happy with their shipping and their customer service.
On a side note, anybody know how long repcal dragon pellets will last in the cupboard? I don't know what else to spend that much money on, so I figured I'd just stock up on some pellets...
