Record Keeping

I am interested in knowing what type of things people keep track of, do most of you keep a journal on your snakes.
I keep track of feeding, shedding, deification, any heath concerns, and any comments anyone would like to make. I also keep track of the any major changes I make in the cage housing.
Is there anything else that anyone would reccomend documenting?

Aside from what you already mentioned, I also weigh and measure my snakes about once a month and record that info as well.

Since I only have 4 snakes this isn't a big deal, but I'm sure when I get more snakes I won't worry about these things, except in order to gauge whether or not a female is ready to breed.
