Still having eating probs

AzLunchbox Dec 08, 2003 05:57 PM

Well....i'm sure most of you remember my posts about Timmy and his eating problems.
WELL.......
He is active during the day....runs along the glass alot...basks often......and everything...so i don't think he's trying to burmate...but just incase i've been keeping the tank warmer at night by using a red heat light.

BUT...he still is hardly eating...he eats like one cricket every few days......he poops now and then so i don't think he's impacted or anything....but i'm really starting to worry....he's starting to look skinner then he was when i got him.

At the base of his tail....he stays the same width untill where their ribcage begins.....so yeah....i'm very worried.....can anyone help?

if you feel he has lost some weight, maybe try something else, to get him interested. Like superworms, waxworms, silkies, just for a change. Oh some of mine that were ready for brumation, also basked a short time during the day, but appetite also decreased. Eve
