Recently my leopard's eye was looking funny, I thought maybe it was just shed so I used a wet q-tip and gently swabbed it. When she opened it the whole eye is white and I believe that she's gone blind in that eye. The other is fine. She lives in her tank with another female. That one is fine. They've been together for about 3 years on paper towels, with a humid hut and everything. I've never had any problems before and doubt we have mites since we raise our own mealworms. I'm thinking she was shedding and either scratched her eye on a rock, or the other female scratched her.
Is there any thing I can do for her, or is this a permanent thing? If she IS blind in that eye, we can deal with that. I've always hand-fed her, she never took to bowl eating like the other one. And she can see fine out of the other eye. I believe she's around 4 years old.
