Can RETFs be kept in the same enclosure as Green Tree frogs?

Yes, but not a good idea. The Red Eyed need a higher temp and humidity esp. to breed. The greens are more robust and out compete the red's for food.

They can, but I don't know why you'd want sick and stressed frogs...
