Try the link below, it is a very illuminating report, commissioned by the Australian government. With enough support it will
eventually be implemented. I personally favor the conservation through commercialisaton approach and think the recommendations of the report are sound.

Noting that it was my submissions and those I badgered others into making that led to the recommendations (see list on previous link), it is good to see you BGF finally siding with me on this one instead of taking an opposing position for the sake of it.
If we work togeather on herp matters instead of against one another, perhaps our desired outcomes will happen sooner rather than later.
BTW I wish you BGF and the others here a good X-mas and 2004, regardless of past sparring.
