Burmese Brown Question on Substate...........

I am getting a Burmese Brown Moutain tortoise, what would the best substate to use? also what is a good range of temps and hum. This is a True c.b. Burm, but is sick, I just want to have it set up right

Damp cypres multch very high humitity 70-95% Temp for young 60F to 85F(longer high end temp on ill tort.
