god this is getting very fustrateing. I am looking for heated racks but can't find any that will hold 6-7 32qt rubbermaids for under 250. Can someone help me?

Make one. I have plans for making a 6 tub rack that holds 32qt sterlite tubs, it can be made out of one sheet of melamine.

Everyone who has expressed an interest in the rack plans, I thank you for your interest, but apologize. You will need one extra piece to the rack measuring 17.5"x24" for the very top.
