Well i come home from work to find Dot on Abby's side of the tank.........Abby must have given her crap cause she was on the cold side, no where near Abby on the warm side. I checked them both over, no injuries WOOHOO, BUT thats it, they are being separated completely. I still can't figure out how Dot is getting over there but after tomorrow it won't be a problem anymore. LOL I'll worry about getting them into larger tanks or my own built enclosures at a later date

are they the same size? do they always fight?

i'm just asking because i'm planning to get one more female leo and put her in with marlene in a 20 gal long. i'm gonna try and get them the same size - but i'm just wondering if they'd really fight :x

Hi,

Abby is a bit bigger but Dot is catching up fast. I've never actually seen them fight. They just are never close to eachother when Dot is on that side. I usually find Dot up near the front of the tank hiding while Abby is at the back, although i've also found her in Abbys log hide. Neither one has ever had any injuries so i dont' think them being together is really a horrible thing but i do know that Dot is a bit of a piggy and will steal food from Abby, so their being together isn't a good idea

hehe aww what little cuties as long as they're not fighting, it's ok as for me, i'd feed them individually so they don't steal from each other i'm glad to hear that they can be housed together because i want to give marlene a cage mate they can drive 2gether N pimp their guys for cash
