Finally got some decent pics of the big girl>>>>more

I've been trying to get some decent pics of her and since tonight was cage cleaning night i figured i'd get a couple of shots. My wife Diane tried to hold her the best she could but she is a strapping little lady (the boa, although the wife is stout too lol.).Trying to hold her for anything other than excerise is a chore in itself. She hopefully will make a great breeder, she's big enough anyway.Oh and i know that it may not seem safe to have her around my wifes neck but i wouldnt let her do anything with her (the boa) that i wouldnt do myself. If anything did happen i was within 3 ft of where she was at so the amount of danger would've been limited.I would never put my wife in any intentional danger unless i fully trusted the animal. Enjoy and Regards Bill McLeod

She's still in quarantine and will probably be there until at the very least early January. As big as she is hopefully her and my male will take and produce some nice normal colombians. If by chance she does take and have a litter then about 5-10 are sold already depending on how many there is.If by chance the rest dont sell then i will either be giving them to people who know what they are doing or will keep them again depending on how many if she takes.I'm hoping my male doesnt get stage fright considering that she is about 3.5 ft bigger than him. When i first got her within the proximity of him (same room not the same cage) he was going ballistic so hopefully he will breed her.Either way if nothing happens i'll still be happy so we'll see.
