Thanks for everyone's help in how to set my female up for egg laying. I purchased a female 9 days ago and much to my surprise she was carrying eggs. Well i got 20 eggs tonight. Now to see if i can get them to hatch.

Congrats! I'm in a similar situation myself. My female laid 24 eggs about 4 days ago. My first clutch!!!

Glad I was able to offer a bit of help, and I'm glad she was able to pass them properly. Good luck with the hatching!! Are you sure she was with males from where you purchased her from? I would get in contact with the previous owner so you can have an idea on the male she was with, his health, and also what kinds of babies to expect. Good Luck. Enjoy the babies. Keep an eye on her she just might be looking to lay more in 3 weeks or so. They can have multiple clutches with one mating. Keep her well fed, calcium & d3 supplemented, and hydrated just in case.

The previous owner was a breeder that decided she had had enough. She says the dad was a snow/pastel cross. The breeder seemed surprised that she was carrying eggs. I got her off the classifieds from a gal that lived in my state. She agreed to not ship her and just hold her until the reptile show in our area.
