I've been reading alot of the past posts and have come across alot that say that frillies are rather calm. Do they move around alot and can you keep them together. I read one post that said they aren't that active. If that is true then they sound alot like my Helmeted Iguana, she will sit in the same spot for an entire day but the minute I pick her up she tries to run. Below is a picture of her.

What do frilleds eat?

They're not very active most of the time. They probably spend 90% of their time in the highest basking area of their cage (which should be at least 4h'x4w'x2d') and only come down to eat. Juveniles/babies can be pretty energetic... my sub-adult females still get energy bursts where they'll run around the cage.

You can keep 2 females together, but a female shouldn't be with a male until she's full grown (which generally takes 2 years).

Crickets are the main staple diet w/an occasional pinkie and occasional worms (superworms/waxworms). Most don't eat veggies/greens but some do. They require higher humidity and should be sprayed w/water 2 times a day and they like a large water dish to lay in.

Sorry to throw both of you somewhat off topic, but you said a female and male shouldnt be kept together until they are adult, why is that?
