How big has my terrarium to be for housing 1 male with 5 females?

Hi,

I've housed 1 male together with 5 females in 12"long x 16"deep x 20" high. They're doing great but I assume this terrarium is too small. How big has my terrarium to be when they are adults? They're now around 7 months old. I'm working on a rack and I can only go 12"deep and 20" high. How long does my terrarium has to be then?
