A friend of mine just got this little
guy and asked me to get an I.D. on what Island form this may be
Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately it looks like your pic didn't post. You should go to the person it was purchased from and ask them. Some forms have been crossed making ID a little difficult. If you do get pics to post make sure they clearly show the eyes and maybe head scalation, and body color,these will help. The island E and the Bayonnaise are the two most common seen in the pet trade.

the guy he got it from wan't sure of the form either which makes
me think it may be a cross also.

It looks like either an Island E or Bayonnaise to me. They are very similar in appearence. If I had to pick I would say Island E because of the pinkish blotches.
