i got my leo as a baby from a breeder and he was born with a sixth toe on his back right foot, just thought it was weird and wondered if anyone else has a leo with more than 20 toes

and I breed geckos. Occassionally people are born with a sixth finger, folklore says it is a sign they are a witch.

Ive heard of other lizards growing an extra toe when one gets partially detached and grows "back". Some are born with extra toes, but in my experience it tends to be all feet (this polydactylism in lots of animals is a dominant trait and will spring up in offspring).

At any rate, ive seen less then a handful of these extra toed guys in the hundreds of baby leopards ive encountered over the years.
