RETF feeding options?

I have 2 RETF's that have been eating crickets for a long time. I have meal worms on hand for other critters I keep. Has anyone ever fed these to your frogs and if so how? Any other food ideas?

Stick with the crickets. they are more nutritious and are more easily digested by tree frogs. Just make sure you dust the crickets with vitamin powder once a week and the RETF's will be fine.
