Baby Survival Rate

I was just wondering (from your experiences) what is the survival rate of hatchlings. When you captive breed babies do they all survive after they are born or are there some deaths? Are all babies that hatch ususally healthy?

Most of mine die before they hatch, but the ones that make it out of the egg are usually in for the long haul.
