Hi!

Its hard to tell just by looking what age a leo is. Some grow pretty quick, and some adults are smaller than others. Yours kinda looks like an adult or subadult, but its hard to tell.

As for the health, to me it looks a little on the thin side. Make sure your temps are right, and feed him lotsa mealies! also, you could give him a few waxworms a week to fatten him up a little. good luck!

i can't tell the age either, sorry!

but disagreeing with Melissa, you shouldn't give your leo a few wax worms a week because your leo can become addicted to it and refuse other foods. it'll be hard to make your leo go back to crix & mealies. you'll just need to gutload your feeders really well and give your leo a treat of 1 wax worm per week to fatten the leo up. also make sure the temps are right with the inclusion of the UTH. i've heard that if the width of your leo's tail is 3/4 bigger than the size of it's neck, then it's extremely healthy... i'd think 1/2 bigger tha the size of the neck is still healthy.

good luck & take care

A few is just two I've been told and have read that two waxworms a week is fine and not enough to get them addicted or anything. But, to each their own, and one waxy a week is fine too.

Well, 3 sounds alright to me. I've fed well over three in a week before and no problems at all. Sometimes it depends on the gecko, but definitly, just to be sure.. feed him/her 3 a week(It won't hurt). Have fun!

Yeah, Ive been known to feed three and four waxies at a time per gecko with no problems. My guys dont care. Food is food to them, lol. I dont think i could ever get them to go off of mealworms. They love mealies so much that they refuse crickets now But I always just recommend two to people, just in case, ya know?

Hi!
I should guess that she is round a half year ore less. It is very different how quick they grow.
