i've heard that regular oatmeal is better for gutloading than the instant kind...

i use regular oatmeal, wheat germ, non-fat powdered milk, fish flakes, baby cereal, my leo's calcium, some iguana & cricket gutload, trex sandfire crix gutload, and this bedding i got from wormman.com.
