Ive been planning on putting my Bolivians together this year to try my hand at breeding, and I guess I've been obsessing and getting so excited about it that I had an awesome dream last night....

I awoke early in the morning and entered the room where i house my boas to find a cage full of little Bolivians writhing around in the goo. I opened up the cage and began counting. I had 10 babies and 2 slugs.

Maybe a premonition? I hope so

Now for the questions, i tried earlier but only got one reply.

Is cooling absolutely necessary? If so how long should i cool them for? Also when is the best time of the year to put them together?

To answer ? #2, no they do not need to be cooled.

And as far as dreams about baby boas, I had a dream last week about my suriname boa having babies, the funny thing was that she had 4 of them, and I was delivering them as if they were human babies, but when they were born I would take the baby, wipe it off,(they were like 3' in the dream too) and then throw them against the wall and they would slide down the wall into a hay filled horse pen. (I was in the Sedgwick County zoo's Livestock section in the dream.lol) now that was a weird dream.. Later Randy T.
