Could anyone tell me the best way to heat a vivarium for a FWC also how much do you feed them amount, type and size of food item.

Can't give you much on the Heat issue. In S. Fla it's not a big deal...basicly I keep mine in a 55gl aquarium and the room heater does the job when necessary. If using an aquarium you can use an under tank heater.
Food is a non issue too. Think VERY HUNGRY KINGSNAKE. They are aggresive feeders and if you've ever kept a Chain King of any kind, the food; amount, type and size are proportional. In other words...It may try to eat you out of house and home. It really is a no brainer animal except for one thing...If it's really hungry or defensive WATCH YOUR FINGERS. They bite hard and have some venom.

Thanks for the reply the reason i asked about the food is that my pair seem hungry all the time. They dont care what way they eat their food, as soon as they grab it they try swallowing it, the female even tries eating her food sideways.
