suggestions?

Hi all,

I got a free 55 gallon aquarium from a friend and would like to house some sort of Gecko or other small to medium sized lizard in it. Are there any Geckos that would benefit from an enclosure of this size? I really don't care about the temperment so I was thinking maybe a Tokay. Thanks in advance.

Pretty much any gecko can go in there with the exception of maybe the giant new caladonian ones. If it is a taller tank it would work better but in any case 55 gallons is good space for just about any gecko. As for middle sized lizard....well thats a whole other story. Theres plenty of good lizards out there that will fit in that tank but too many to list. If you want to give me a few criteria such as handling, maintenence etc then maybe I can help you out.
