i checked in on tegus today. Very elaborate tunnel system in the cypress mulch. the female was buried deep (approx 2 foot)-i was kinda concerned about female since she was down under 1 month--male not as much since he makes weekly showings(brumation ?)----tegus are great; i just have to get used to this hands off approach--find it very hard just cutting off all the heat sources and saying see ya when i see ya---well i took some pics just incase i don't see them again together for some time.if the pics come out nice i will scan and post.BRIAN-
